Yarn Drawing Machine
Yarn is made by processes such as combing and twisting long or short fibers. Our company's needle punching and fuzzing equipment uses needles to pull the fibers from the yarn, and after multiple repetitions, dense fuzz appears on the surface of the yarn.
Our company's wool fuzzing equipment does not have any requirement about yarn: the raw materials can be pure cotton, pure wool, purified fiber, or a mixture of various raw materials. There are no restrictions on the thickness of the yarn, but generally speaking, the thicker the yarn, the better the adjustment of the pulling effect. For example, if the yarn is coarse or the number of strands is large, the length of the wool can be adjusted. At the same time, if the number of strands is large, the color and strength of the yarn can be perfectly blended together. There is no requirement for the state of the yarn before fuzzing: it can be single yarn fuzzing or multiple yarns together. Multiple yarns can be pulled together to form a single yarn, twisted together to form a single yarn, or woven together to form a single yarn. Our company's fuzzing machine can not only pluck yarn, but also composite the fibers of the yarn.
The woven yarn itself has a loose structure and is prone to scattering. After being brushed by our fuzzing machine, the fibers in each yarn can entangle with the yarn itself, making the yarn denser. After being brushed, the yarn appears flat, which better reflects the weaving texture.
Woven yarn can weave yarns of different materials, colors, and thicknesses together, completely breaking away from their original form and becoming a unique style of yarn.
