Production Line Overview

This production line is primarily used to manufacture medical and hygiene materials, cleaning and skincare products, disposable materials, artificial leather substrates, filtration media, and more.

Hydroentanglement Process Principle

Similar to needle punching, the hydroentanglement process strengthens fiber webs but replaces needles with high-pressure micro-water jets. These jets penetrate the fiber web, rebound via the supporting mesh conveyor, and repeatedly puncture the web. Under the multidirectional hydraulic force of high-speed water streams, fibers within the web are displaced, interpenetrated, entangled, and consolidated, thereby reinforcing the web structure.
