Solution for direct reuse of scraps produced by weaving machines
Weicheng company has been researching and developing new applications of non-woven equipment since 2004-making new changes for textile fabrics.
Our company mainly processes fabrics to achieve changes in their appearance or performance, which can consume a large amount of inventory and defective fabrics. Recently, we have realized the technology that a large amount of scraps generated during textile production can be directly recycled and processed into cloth.
In the conventional production process of woven fabrics, a large number of edges are cut off. Our usual treatment method is to loosen and comb it, then fade it, and use it as a regenerated fiber. The complexity of regenerated fibers can lead to a decrease in the specific performance of the original fibers and a longer production process. The sales price of recycled cotton in the market is not very high. Similarly, in the production of non-woven fabrics, our company, Weicheng, came up with the idea that we can make the scraps of woven fabrics into fabric in one go, thereby reducing the process of fiber web forming.

We will continuously develop new textile processes.
